Claire was so easy to work with, even virtually. And I am very pleased with my results! My gynecologist had said what she saw in my pelvic floor was so mild I probably couldn’t improve it much even with physical therapy. I went from the discomfort of feeling constant pelvic pressure to almost never noticing it over the time we trained together. I am so grateful I saw Claire’s work and accepted her offer to help me. I was impressed at how well she had her program organized and how she could help me fine-tune the poses so I could learn how to do them on my own. She uses helpful teaching resources I could refer to between sessions. And she was knowledgeable and helpful to give me glute exercises that I could do to also strengthen my core and help my low back pain, the other reason I wanted to work with her. Five stars from me, I highly recommend working with Claire! –Meagan H.

Claire is incredibly knowledgeable and passionate about pelvic floor and core health. I knew that I wanted to hire her to help me prepare for and recover from my fourth childbirth. She taught me a lot about proper posture and breathing, as well as hypopressive exercises. I believe she helped me proactively avoid diastasis recti. I also believe she has the tools and expertise to help you heal if you do have severe diastasis recti. She is thoughtful and spent extra time outside of session to provide me with helpful video and/or write ups of what we had done together so I could practice on my own. I always thought our sessions together felt like the perfect mix of being challenged while spending time with a good friend. Highly recommend! –Cammie S.
I was so grateful to have Claire as my trainer. Not only does she individually approach each client’s issues and goals, she does so in a cheerful and professional manner. She brings an immense amount of passion and knowledge to her teaching, making everything clear and understandable. I started noticing results right away, such as a slimmer waistline, reduction in symptoms, and most importantly, a stronger pelvic floor. I only wish I had known about hypopressives and done this sooner! —Erin R.
